1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed using the Click & Collect (store pick-up) service provided by 19UJMILITARIALTD. By placing an order for collection, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Order Confirmation
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation notification. Orders will only be available for collection after you receive confirmation that your items are ready for pick-up.

3. Collection Period
Customers must collect their order within 30 calendar days from the date they are notified that the order is ready for collection.

4. Failure to Collect
If the order is not collected within the 30-day collection period:

  • The order will be considered abandoned.

  • The items will be non-refundable.

  • 19UJMILITARIALTD reserves the right to restock or dispose of the items without further notice.

5. Identification Requirements
Customers must present:

  • A valid form of identification, and

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
    at the time of collection.

6. Third-Party Collection
If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must provide:

  • A copy of the order confirmation,

  • Written authorization from the purchaser, and

  • Valid identification.

7. Condition of Goods
Customers are responsible for inspecting items at the time of collection. Any issues must be reported immediately. Once items leave the premises, they are deemed accepted in satisfactory condition.

8. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds or exchanges are subject to the store’s general returns policy.

  • No refunds will be issued for uncollected orders after 30 days.

9. Storage Limitations
Due to limited storage capacity, 19UJMILITARIALTD cannot hold items beyond the stated collection period.

10. Amendments
19UJMILITARIALTD reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
