For those interested, CC41 was the Utility scheme introduced by the government during WW2 to ration and reduce use of materials, the scheme focused on clothing and furniture ensuring they were rationed and coupons were issued for controlled consumerism of these goods. The scheme ran from 1941-1952 and towards the later years only furniture was being produced under the scheme. CC41 stands for Civilian Clothing.
