Deadstock 1950s 1960s British Workwear Trousers By "Lybro"

Lybro Workwear is a historic British workwear brand that dates back to the early 20th century, known for producing durable clothing for industrial workers, military personnel, and laborers. Originally, Lybro manufactured heavy-duty garments such as overalls, jackets, and trousers designed to withstand the harsh conditions of factories, shipyards, and construction sites. During World War II, the company supplied uniforms and workwear for the British military, further cementing its reputation for quality and reliability. After a decline in traditional workwear manufacturing in the late 20th century, Lybro was revived by Nigel Cabourn, a British designer renowned for his vintage military and workwear-inspired collections. Under Cabourn’s direction, Lybro blends historical authenticity with modern craftsmanship, bringing classic designs back to life while maintaining their rugged, functional appeal. Today, Lybro is recognized as a heritage brand with a strong influence in both workwear and fashion circles.

These trousers are a deadstock cotton drill with turn ups and button fly.
